Introduction to Hellerwork Structural Integration #1

An Approach to Creating Lasting Change

Structural Strategies to Align and Balance the Ribcage

Hellerwork Structural Integration is a transformational system, which combines structural bodywork, movement education, and somatic awareness dialogue.

Most pain conditions and joint dysfunction are a result of the body being out of alignment: tipped, pulled, and twisted. The body is forced to compensate by tensing, gripping and straining.

In this workshop you will learn to align the body by releasing tension and strain patterns within the myofascial system.  Learn to assess movement patterns and to guide you clients to new fluent movement.

This is a hands on experiential workshop designed to give you an overview of Hellerwork SI. We will focus on structural strategies and bodywork techniques to align and balance the rib cage and reset breathing patterns.  By correcting structural imbalances we influence presenting symptoms while addressing underlying causal factors to create lasting change.

This workshop is designed for touch professionals such as Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, Exercise Therapists and Alternative Health Practitioners of all modalities… The skills and techniques taught will enhance your existing knowledge base and create a whole body, whole person perspective you can apply in your practice immediately.
